ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE UPON ORDER PLACEMENT ! ! ! We ask  that you allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. Once your order is received and prepared, it will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after the 24 to 48  hour processing time via USPS. Tracking information is complimentary to for orders shipped via  USPS. 

We truly apologize If a package is lost or stolen! The customer must contact Cheeks2Socks within 3 days of the delivery date. Packages lost or stolen with a confirmed delivery address placed upon ordering is not the responsiblity of Cheeks2Socks. Upon receiving a customer inquiry for a lost or stolen package, Cheeks2Socks will confirm the address for delivery, date of the delivery, tracking details and carrier information so the customer can investigate further. After the customer follow up with the carrier, and is still unable to verify delivery, please email cheeks2socks@gmail.com so we can assist further. 

It Happens! If your product arrived damaged, within 3 days of receving the order, please send an email along with a photo of the damaged order in the original packaging to: cheeks2socks@gmail.com so we can assist you.
